1. No Gambling & Virtual Currency

Important Disclosure:Foofty is an educational trading simulator. We are strictly NOT a betting or gambling platform. All transactions on Foofty are conducted using a proprietary virtual currency ("Foofty Coins") that holds $0.00 real-world value. Virtual currency cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money under any circumstances.

The "shares" of football players traded on this platform are educational tools designed to simulate market mechanics. They do not represent real-world equity or financial instruments. Foofty does not charge trading commissions or monetarily profit from your simulated trades.

2. Educational Partnerships

Foofty is free to use. Our operations are funded through strategic partnerships with financial education firms and institutions. By using our platform, you acknowledge that your anonymized, simulated trading data may be used in academic or educational curricula to teach market dynamics.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account for educational purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Trading Rules

The Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) sets prices algorithmically based on supply and demand. Foofty reserves the right to halt trading, reverse transactions, or suspend accounts in the event of platform manipulation, bugs, or abusive behavior.
